To follow the story of Clair and her life with Jamie from the beginning Season 1 to now Season 5, I felt that I was transported back in time and became a part of their lives. I highly recommend this series and hope that there is a Season 6.

I have all the books in the series, thought that I might be disappointed, not at all, I recommended the DVD series to some friends and I know they bought it also. Of course when the Collection Seasons 3 and 4 came out I bought it immediately. And again was totally captivated. Now I am impatiently waiting for the next Collection to come out. Soon I hope.

9. Dr Angus from QLD on 5/01/2017Excellent portrayal of a 200 year "time warp" saga, with a sterling performance put in by Claire Randall who has to adapt to totally foreign era. Her acceptance of her being swept back 200 years in time and application of her 20th century skills, is portrayed in a strikingly believable manner. Altogether, a superb mini-series.

Series one has dealt with my direct ancestors hence a great level of enjoyment. Keep up your excellent service. I look forward to future purchases from you but would like to see less of the more violent releases and more entertainment releases, if they exist.
